K.O.E. LONDON RETURN POLICY

At K.O.E London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn, damaged, or have had their tags removed.

If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our assistant’s form with your order details, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that refunds are assessed based on the condition of the returned item. Items returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached will be eligible for a full refund of the product cost. Original postage costs are non-refundable.

K.O.E London reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements.
